Refund policy

Fwdia is a service of Eegix CommV. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

14-day refund window

You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment - no questions asked. This applies to:

your first subscription payment (Pro, extra sites),
every renewal payment of a subscription,
one-time purchases (the Verified badge).

After those 14 days, payments are not refundable, except where consumer law gives you more rights.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time in the app (Plan). Cancelling stops future payments; your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.

How to request a refund

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, the billing portal (app → Plan), or the contact form. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
